Dr. Batzer consults on intellectual property issues for mechanical devices (e.g., patent infringement), expert witness standard of care, and spoliation of evidence. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of Ordnance from the US Army.
Dr. Batzer has performed hundreds of failure analyses and root cause studies of failed parts and personal injury accidents involving a wide variety of equipment and products for attorneys, insurance adjusters and manufacturers.
